Do you charge for a consultation?

No, all consultations are complimentary. Included in our detailed consultation is a cost estimate for the products and options you select for your project. In order to provide an accurate estimated cost, all windows and door openings must be measured first. We’d be happy to set you up with a complimentary appointment at your convenience. Can installation be done in the winter?
Yes, it can, excluding extreme conditions. Replacing your windows in the winter might even be the perfect time for you. We follow a simple protocol and take steps to minimize any inconveniences during the process. Things like: remove and replace one window at a time, close interior room doors, cover larger openings with floor to ceiling plastic barriers as we work.
What is the delivery time once an order is placed?
Generally, your products will arrive 4-6 weeks after the order is placed. Please keep in mind that Marvin products are made-to-order. Once your order is ready, we’ll perform a quality control check, get it packed on our trucks, and prepare for delivery.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 10-year warranty on the entire product, with a 20-year glass warranty against seal failure. Marvin is committed to bringing you the highest quality windows, doors, and customizable options. One way we show that commitment is through our warranty. The limited warranty extends to the owner of the structure in which the products were originally installed and is fully transferable — which can help add re-sale value to your home.
How do I care for my windows and doors?
Care varies depending on the type of window or door you own. You can refer to the Owner’s Manual located on the Literature Page. Do you offer triple pane windows?
We offer the widest selection of tri-pane for both windows and doors. If you’re looking for enhanced energy performance, triple-pane windows can work best. Marvin Tripane products offer a range of low-E configurations for greater Solar Heat Gain control, including panes filled with argon or krypton-argon gas for added efficiency. No matter how many panes there are, if the window is poorly constructed, poorly installed, or allows air leakage, it will not be efficient.
