Banking on the future.

Banking on the future.

Located in Winnipeg’s Historic Exchange District, this building was formerly the Union Bank Tower. Constructed in 1906, at 10 stories it stood as Winnipeg’s tallest building and Western Canada’s first skyscraper. In 2009, after sitting empty for nearly 20 years, it was purchased by Red River College and re-purposed for cooking labs, classrooms and student housing. A large-scale renovation project was soon underway with great attention being paid to the historic nature of the building. Marvin® Infinity® windows were chosen for the project, beating out the competition, in part due to Infinity being more historically accurate.
